When we collect information and from whomWe collect this through our website "contact us" section, or when you call or email us directly.
Why we need this informationWe need this information to deal with your initial enquiry, and register you on our systems, and begin the initial contact process with you.
How long we will keep a copy of this informationWe will hold this information when we are actively dealing with and for 36 months afterwards for tax reasons. Please note even if you ask us delete you from our customer database we do legally still need to keep a copy of your contact details for 22 months after the end of that financial year for tax compliance reasons, although we will no longer be in contact with you directly.
How we use your personal informationWe use the personal information that we have obtained for a number of specific reasons:

Sharing InformationWe do not share your contact details with any third party business directly. We may in the future share analytics information from visitors to our website with search engine providers to assist us to improve or optimise our website. If we do implement cookies on our website our Cookie Policy will be updated accordingly for you to view in the public domain.
We may also disclose your personal information to third parties where we are under a duty to share your personal information to comply with a legal obligation, or to enforce or apply our terms of use, or for the purpose of fraud protection or identification management.

We do not store your information for longer than is necessary to provide the service, and to ensure that we have appropriate auditable records for business purposes.
